A: Villa Hunnypot is a family owned executive villa which has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa has stunning views over one of the two private lakes and is in a peaceful setting yet is on one of the closest communities to Walt Disney World.

A: The simplest answers to this are price, privacy, choice and convenience. Price is per person and not per villa, privacy to relax in peaceful surroundings with the pool shielded from neighbouring pools by hedging, choice to decide when and where to eat and sleep, convenience as you would be near to shops, restaurants and attractions AND you do not need to get up early to reserve your sun bed!

A: The pool faces North over the lake - but this is not a bad thing as it guarantees shade to escape the mid-summer heat whilst still allowing sunbathing during the winter months.

A: The pool is 30ft x 14ft with a depth of 3ft to 6ft.

A: Yes we do have a current hotel licence which is displayed in the villa.

A: You will receive details of how to gain access to the community and how to retrieve your key with the final booking pack. The key is not held at a central office but is in a lock-box on the community.

A: Disney is only 6 minutes drive away making the villa ideally placed should you need to take a break from the parks and cool down in the pool before the evening shows. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within a few minutes drive - the shopping malls can be reached in about 20 minutes.

A: We do not have a hot tub at the moment but may consider this for the future.

A: Yes fishing is allowed but all fish caught must be returned to the lake - the water is treated . We do have a small fishing rod for the use of our guests.No permit is needed.

A: There is a well equipped air conditioned games room with 10 in 1 games table, PC, PS2 with games, board games, books, jigsaws and a selection of dvd's - more than enough to keep everyone busy!

A: For the comfort of all of our guests this is a no smoking villa and we ask that you respect this.

A: For the comfort of all of our guests we do operate a no pets policy.

A: We do provide a hairdryer in the master suite - if you do bring yours, you will need to ensure that it can work on 110v 60 Hz

A: We do provide internet on the PC in the games room but should you want to use your own laptop we will provide wireless connection details with the final booking pack.

A: We provide all towels - for use inside and by the pool.

A: There is cable TV in the Family room, both master suites and one of the twin rooms. There is no TV at the present time, in the themed twin bedroom, as we felt that parents would have no control over children watching inappropriate programming!.

A: We provide free local calls and free international calls to most countries. We are unable to provide free calls to mobile phones.

A: Most hotels in Florida do not heat pools but we do suggest you may need heating October to March.
